Members and friends of Trinity are invited to observe the season of Advent by engaging with the devotional: Prophets & Promises: Devotions for Advent & Christmas.  Copies are available in the Nave and video reflections will be posted daily on the Trinity website and Facebook page

Utilizing the resource, the Ministry Staff (Pastor Nathan, Cantor Mark, and Jena Hill) will offer brief 1-2 minute video reflections on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, and volunteers from the congregation will offer reflections on Thursdays, Friday, and Saturdays. The Ministry Staff hopes you will engage with devotional as part of your Advent journey. If you are interested in offering a brief 1-2 minute reflection please speak with a member of the Ministry Staff. Reflections begin on Monday, November 28 and continue through the 12 Days of Christmas to the day of Epiphany on January 6.

From the publisher: Prophets and Promises features a scripture reading, accompanied by a photo, a quote to ponder, a reflection, and a prayer. The book also offers household blessings and prayers (see pages 86-94) to enrich your preparation and celebrations. May God’s lasting promises give you hope, and the good news of Emmanuel’s birth fill you with wonder and peace!
