Camp is happening at Trinity starting on July 30 and ending August 10. An effort is being made to get even more Trinity people involved in camp this year to ensure that Elm Park Ministries Day Camp is truly a ministry that Trinity believes in!
Please let Jena know if you are interested in being a part of the camp conversations. It’s important to better plan for some of these things:
- Organizing meals for counselors and making sure that they feel welcome at Trinity while they live in the building
- Helping to train CIT’s ahead of time
- How to bridge the gap between camp and Trinity (how to get the camp “story” out there)?
- Brainstorming about ideas for fundraising.
- How can Trinity stay connected to campers throughout the year?
- How to set up and organize donations of clothes ahead of time for our campers who need those things?
