Through Water and the Word in the Sacrament of Holy Baptism we welcome into Christ’s church, Evelyn Alice Crouse, the daughter of Cheryl Christine Morrison and Nathan Adam Crouse, who will be baptized at our 10 am liturgy. Evelyn’s sponsors are Michael Morrison and Christina Earle. Almighty God, who has given Evelyn new birth by water and the Holy Spirit, and bestowed on her the forgiveness of sins, keep them in eternal life through the grace of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
At our 10 am liturgy this morning, we are excited to receive new members a sign of the Holy Spirit’s ongoing work building Christ’s church. New members received by Affirmation of Baptism include: Jeroan Allison & John Trobaugh, Doug & Nina Behm, Joanna & Leonard Levin, and Lois & Tom Toeppner. New member joining as a candidate for baptism is Ryan Trobaugh, son of John & Jeroan. As we have been brought together by the Holy Spirit, may we be sustained as brothers and sisters in Christ by the Spirit’s work!
