Trinity Church Interfaith Hospitality Network Hosts Nov 29-Dec 5

Trinity Church is a charter member of the Interfaith Hospitality Network of Greater Worcester (IHN). Through IHN, homeless families are housed and fed in a home on June Street. Trinity Church provides hosts for the evening meal and overnight two weeks each year. Our next week of hosting is Sunday, November 29 through December 5.

Sign-up for a shift as EVENING MEAL HOST (5:30 p.m. through 8:30 p.m.) or OVERNIGHT HOST (8:30 p.m. through 6:30 a.m.) is EASY via SIGNUP.COM

Dinner hosts may choose to prepare a meal for four families with children and bring it to the June Street house, OR provide $50 toward groceries for the June Street household to prepare the meal, OR simply be present to host and share the meal.

Overnight hosts sleep at the house and provide safety for the inhabitants.

The IHN house is observing strict precautions during the COVID-19 pandemic, for the protection of all hosts and houseguests.

Mark Mummert is the congregational representative to IHN. If you have any question about the mission or ministry of IHN or participating in hosting, please contact Mark at or 508-753-2989 ext 12.
