Pastor Nathan invites members to consider a financial donation to the Good Samaritan Fund.
The Good Samaritan Fund is a discretionary fund Pastor Nathan uses to respond to members and friend of Trinity in financial crisis. It will be through this fund Trinity will respond to members who are especially hard hit financially in this time of crisis. If you care to make a donation to the fund to respond to those in need, you may do so in one of two ways:
Either, write a check made payable to “Trinity Lutheran Church” and write “Good Sam Fund Donation” in the memo line and make that clear with a note attached to the check, and then mail your donation to the church office.
Or, make a donation online by clicking here. The Good Samaritan Fund is listed under “Special Funds.” An online donation is preferred because people power to process checks is limited during Governor Baker’s stay-at-home advisory.
If you cannot make a donation at this time, please remember this fund throughout the year as the need, even in normal times, is great.
