The food is collected for Carty Cupboard at Wesley Methodist Church. The essential food items have been chosen to be nutritionally balance and easy to prepare and serve.
These items include spaghetti and sauce, ready-to-eat soups, tuna fish, peanut butter and jelly, cereal, rice, canned vegetables, and canned fruit.
Assorted baby items are also needed for Cupboard visitors with young infants.
Food items may be brought on any Sunday but it is a special focus on the first Sunday of every month. These items may be left in the shopping cart that is outside of Jeppson Hall.
