Do you have any gently used warm blankets or extra sleeping bags at home?
Between now and October 21, the youth will be collecting them so that they can be distributed at Cathedral In The Night (CITN). CITN is a church that meets out on the streets in Northampton, MA. Many of its members are experiencing homelessness. With winter right around the corner, they need as many layers as possible to keep from freezing.
Thanks in advance for your clean blankets and sleeping bags. You may also make a monetary donation to go towards this ministry by writing the check to Trinity Lutheran Church with “CITN” in the memo line. This will be appreciated, too!
