Help Us Rebuild the Little Free Pantry

Good news! We are ready and able to rebuild the Little Free Pantry that was destroyed as a result of a car accident in January. In order to do this, we are hoping that during Lent, as part of almsgiving, we can raise enough money to rebuild the LFP. We expect that it will cost around $300 to rebuild it. Study the ELCA’s Declaration to People of African Descent: “Now Is the Time”

  This Lent, Trinity Church offers opportunities to study the ELCA’s Declaration to People of African Descent. Necessities For Neighbors Collection for March

In March, we are collecting white socks (adult sizes please) to share with those who are experiencing homelessness. The socks will be given to the Thursday Cafe, a ministry at All Saints Church for people who do not have steady housing. Your donations may be placed in the Necessities for Neighbors bin in the hallway or dropped off at the church when the office is open. Trinity Neighborhood Support Team (NST) for Afghan Resettlement

AFGHAN RESETTLEMENT UPDATE NST Update January 19 Our Afghan family arrived last Wednesday. They had been staying at a base in New Mexico since they were evacuated from Afghanistan. They flew to LaGuardia and were brought by van to the Worcester Airport. They have been staying in a hotel, and today they move into their apartment. In-person Sunday worship has resumed

In-person worship has resumed following a short suspension in January. Holy Eucharists are celebrated on Sundays at 8:00 a.m. (Christ Chapel) and 10:00 a.m. (Nave). Additionally, Wednesday 6:00 p.m. Midweek Eucharist and other in-person ministries have also resumed. The Trinity Council voted to resume in-person worship even as several members encouraged ongoing caution.
