Each Christmas, Trinity blesses the 151 residents of the Lutheran Healthcare Center with a Christmas gift. This year, the Center has requested specific items that the staff believe will bring joy to the residents. Each year, for two weeks, Trinity provides hosts for the dinner hour and overnight at the IN THE HOUR OF NEED (IHN) Family Shelter on June Street. Our upcoming week is Sunday, November 26 through Saturday, December 2. Dinner hour hosts cover a shift from 5:30-8:30 p.m. each day, and overnight hosts cover a shift from 8:30 p.m. until 6:30 a.m. the next day. All members and friends of Trinity are invited to an intergenerational Advent wreath making soup supper on Monday, November 27 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Multi-Purpose Room.
