At its December meeting, the Congregational Council approved the formation of a Listening Team comprised of members of the Council, Personnel Committee, and other interested members of the congregation to facilitate conversation about current and future staffing needs of the congregation with special focus on youth and family ministry and outreach ministry. The Listening Team will then make recommendations to the Trinity Council.
