Update Recurring Electronic Pledge Payments


Those who have set up recurring payments to Trinity via VANCO are reminded that any changes in the amount of their pledge for 2024 require deleting the 2023 recurring gift and starting a new one for the current year. To do this, sign into your VANCO account, click on Profile, select Transactions from the menu on the Profile page, and delete the recurring pledge transaction. Then return to the Home page and create your new recurring pledge gift. Deleting the old transaction will not delete the associated giving history, which will still be available for you to use in reconciling bank accounts and quarterly statements. The good news is that you now can set both a starting and an ending date for recurring transactions when you set them up, eliminating the need to delete the old transaction when updating a recurring gift.

If you checked the box on your Commitment Card authorizing the Financial Secretary to update the amount of your electronic transaction to reflect your new pledge amount, changes were made the week of Wednesday, January 10th.
